1 Product overview

1.1 Profile

PLC is the modern technology in industrial field, this trainer include Siemens S7-1200 PLC training
modules, power box, workbench, training student’s hand on practice ability, programming ability. It is
Suitable for university, college, technical institutions. (it can also be Omron PLC, Mitsubishi PLC, Allen
Bradly PLC etc.)

1.2 Character

(1) Training workbench use industrial aluminum column structure frame, it include meter box and power
box to test and measure technical parameter, it is easy to use and it is not easy to be broken.

(2) Equipped with components, students can make combination, and finish many training contents.

(3) Training workbench has high safety system.

(4) 4 Wheel at the bottom of workbench, 2 with locker, it is easy to move and fix.

(5) With cabinet at bottom, with locker in cabinet, students can put tools inside.

(6) The structure is flexible, can be disassembly and assembly easily.

3 Product consist of

3.1 Power control panel

Power control panel use aluminum structure metal panel, all close type boxes structure

3.2 Training workbench

Training workbench use aluminum structure. There are universal 4 wheels at the bottom of workbench, there are 2 breakers on wheel. The trainer can be moved or stop convenient . The workbench panel thick is 25mm high density substrate , there is high temperature high pressure anti-fire treatment process. It equip with three guide rail type drawer, 2 push and plug cabinet. The structure is sound and reliable, outlook is beautiful.

3.3 Power control panel

(1) Single phase, three wire power input, it has been tested by leakage breaker control, it has emergency stop button, you can cut off electricity when emergency.

(2) Equip with 0-10V and 4-20mA signal generator, current meter and voltage meter do output indicator.

(3) It equipped with indicator, Europe power plug output, safety output sockets.

(4) Inner AC 220V current output, DC 220V wound power, DC 0-220V continuous adjustable DC armature power, with short circuit protection function.

3.4 Hanging box module

These modules meet students multi-experiment purpose, every test module is designed according to real dimension, when installation, you should plug the module into the slot of aluminum column, then point the module bottom end to slot, push downward, then clamp module on column. 

 

This module consist of Siemens S7-1200 series PLC, the CPU 1214Cand digital module SM 1223, in total 22 road digital input, 18 road digital output, and 2 road analogue input, can meet experiment requirement. The button switch on hanging box can simulate digital input. Please see below photo.

3.6 Button and output analogue hanging box module

Button hanging box consist of 6 groups of reset button with indicator, and 2 groups od self-lock button with indicator, can do as simulation hanging box auxiliary input. Output simulate hanging box consist of 16 groups indicator, counter and buzzer, can do as the output load of PLC and I/O module. Hanging box module is shown as below photo,

3.7 Moving car simulation training module

Moving car training simulation module is controlled by step motor and driver, do linear movement trial, with limit switch, U slot sensor, and two DC motor. DC motor rotate speed are 30r/min and 900r/min respectively, and can equip with counter and PLC high speed counter function, to measure motor rotate speed.
